Round-trip distance is 43 kilometers.
The route is 70 % asphalt, 30% off-road.
This route suits those with much experience in mountain biking.
The route is rather isolated. Biking in group is recommended.

From Sirindhorn Botanical Garden, follow route until Ban Wang Hip intersection. Take a rest and prepare water and food here, since there will be on more shop after this point.

Bike for 1 km. and turn right to a small dirt-laterite road. After passing rubber plantation, this offroad route begins to climb upward.

Cars have to park at about 16.98 km. away from Sirindhorn Botanical Garden. Mountain bikers can go further into a narrow dirt road which slowly climbs upward. The route is lined with rubber plantation, mixed orchards and villages. In the morning bikers can witness rubber farmers' daily lives, particularly in making rubber sheets out of sap.

The route becomes narrower and neglected with scattering furrow. Bikers need much experience in climbing uphill on this stony terrain. At kilometer 20.5, a small passageway on the right leads to Nan Tak Pha Waterfall about 30 meters away

Nan Tak Pha Waterfall has an extensive sloping cliff with a few basins for swimming and refreshing environment. Trekkers always stop to swim here, rather than going further to Nan Plue Waterfall a few kilometers away

The route from Nan Tak Pha Waterfall to Nan Plue Waterfall is a narrow walkway amidst dense forest. Bikers can bike for about 700 meters to reach rubber farmers' cottages, where they have to park their bikes. Then they walk for 3 kilometers, about 1 hour, to reach Nan Plue Waterfall.

The route along brooks requires climbing over rocks. Clusters of tree fern grow here, surrounded with evergreen forest. At Nan Plue Waterfall, several courses of water flow down a dark rocky cliff, 70 meters high, ejecting the refreshing mist around the area. This waterfall has no basin for swimming, but many rocks naturally scatter in front of the waterfall allow travelers to sit down at awe of the waterfall's grandeur.

On the way back the challenges differ. The route downhill requires less strength to bike. Yet more caution against tumbling down

Bilkers are recommended to start taking this long route no later than 8 c'clock, and limit the duration of each stopover. Alternatively, in order to allow more time on offroad route and at the waterfall, bikers can rent a van from Thung Song market to transport bikers and their bikes to Ban Wang Hip intersection. Then start biking from this point. The rental fee of the van, capable to hold about 3-4 bikes, costs about 150-200 bath per day.
